Medical Advisory

People with preexisting conditions, such as cancer, osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, deep vein thrombosis, recent heart attack or surgery, hematomas, tumors, recent or unhealed fractures, burns or infections, or who are pregnant should speak to their doctor before service. And you should let your technician know if you have any of these conditions. These conditions may not preclude treatment, but need to be evaluated.

Cancellation Policy – Missed, Cancelled or Rebooked appointments.

We request 24 business hours notice if your plans change and you need to reschedule a service. We have voicemail if you need to call before or after regular business hours. We reserve the right to charge up to 100% of service fee for No Shows or Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time – even if rebooked.

Attire

We suggest you wear casual clothing, something that can be pulled up to the knees and elbows for the hand and foot reflexology service. For the head reflexology service you should wear clothing that does not cover the neck area. TCM and Massage services may require removing of some articles of clothing, please dress with that in mind.

Jewelry

We recommend leaving all jewelry at home. Otherwise, remove wrist and ankle ornaments for the foot/hand service. Remove neck and ear ornaments for the head service. Please be mindful of not leaving valuables behind.

Gratuities

Our technicians work very hard to provide our clients an excellent service experience. While tipping is not required, it is very much appreciated. 20% of service fee is considered customary.

Cell Phone, Electronic devices

No cell phone calls please! Because the spa environment should be a peaceful and stress-reducing experience, we request that all phones and electronic devices be turned off before entering the spa. Remember that the intention of your visit – as well as others – is to relax!

Children

We love children! However, the ambiance within the spa must remain as relaxing as possible for all our guests (many of whom may be enjoying a respite from their little people). We request that you do not bring children to the spa, who are not receiving a service.

Quiet Environment

We try to provide a relaxing environment by playing soothing music, having subdued lighting and comfortable furniture for our clients during the services. This promotes relaxation, which in turn provides you with a more effective treatment. For courtesy purposes, please make sure to turn off all cell phones and electronic devices and to try to speak quietly at all times so as not to disturb other guests.

Payment Options

We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, but NO checks.

Service Packages

We are not offering gift certificates or service packages at this time.
